The poster session(s) will be an integral part of the meeting, and we would like to encourage as many delegates as possible to present posters. Now that the book chapter submission phase is largely over, we will be using the online submission system for poster abstracts. The deadline for submitting poster abstracts is the 31st March 2008.

You will need to register as a user first. You can do so by clicking on “click here” in the red box above the login section. Once you have registered as a user on the site you will be sent an email confirming your username and password, it will have a template and guidelines attached to it. The template is a Microsoft Word file which is designed to ensure that your poster abstract is prepared in the right way for publication. Please save this template file to your PC’s hard drive and use it when you prepare your poster abstract. Your poster abstract must fit into the template. Please do not put the author’s names and affiliations into the template only the title of your poster abstract and the body text. Please ignore the guidelines as these are for chapter submissions only.

You will then need to login at the link above. Once you have logged in you will need to click on “click here to make a new submission”. You will then be taken through a series of questions that you will need to complete. You will also be asked to upload your poster abstract in the template that was emailed to you. Please complete the steps accordingly.
