Students:
Students registering AFTER the early registration deadline need to provide an official letter from their institution verifying their status in order to qualify for the reduced standard registration fee.

Cancellation Policy:
A cancellation fee of ZAR 500.00 will apply to all cancellations. If cancellation occurs before 30 April 2008 the total amount paid will be refunded (less the cancellation fee). Cancellations made after 30 April 2008 - 50% will be refunded (less the cancellation fee).

You may cancel your reservation up to 21 May 2008 with full refund less an administration fee of R100. An amendment fee of ZAR50 applies to all changes. Rates are per room per night and include breakfast. If you reduce your stay at the hotel from your confirmed departure date the hotel will charge cancellation fees.

A full day tour to the desert and Welwicha Drive is scheduled for the free day. A deposit of 20% of the total tour value is required within 14 days of booking to confirm the tour reservation. The balance of the tour price must reach Turners Conferences 45 days prior to the tour departure date. Any tours booked within 45 days of the departure date must be paid in full immediately.

All tours are subject to Turners and their appointed tour operators' terms and conditions.
