A quick email to resolve an instruction conflict that crept onto the Hibernation Symposium website. In the PDF/MS Word "Guidelines for Authors" file, you are asked to submit each figure and table as a separate file. However, on the manuscript submission page you are asked to do the opposite, i.e., submit everything in a single file. When submitting your manuscript, please ignore the request to submit each figure and table in a separate file, i.e., please submit a single file containing the entire manuscript including tables and figures.
